I received the incorrect caps or work shirts. I decorated them and want to return them?
PLEASE CHECK ORDER IS CORRECT BEFORE REBRANDING (size, colour, style) No exchange or refund will be applied or offered to the product that has been altered, re-branded or embellished even if it is established that we have sent the wrong goods.
Please reorder the correct caps or work shirts and check they are correct prior to decoration.
The style I want to purchase is 'out of stock', when will it be available?

I ordered last week, where is my shipment?
Firstly, check if you have paid for your order. We only ship orders once payment is received.
If you have paid, you will have received a tracking number for your shipment. Click on the tracking number and all updates are provided by the transport companies. Check your junk mail for tracking numbers.
If there is an issues with your delivery, contact AUS Post or TNT directly and they will provide you with the required updates.
We received the incorrect caps or work shirts and want to return them?
Please take a photo of your order, so we can see the incorrect products. Email these photos with your invoice #, sales order # to msoffice@macleodscotland.com Our customer service team will be in contact with you to arrange the required collections.
If your order is urgent, the quickest way to receive the correct caps is to place a new order. We will only ship the correct items once the incorrect goods are returned to Macleod Scotland.
I ordered the wrong caps or work shirts and want to return them?
Please do not return shipments without being issued an RA#. Your order will not be processed through our distribution center.
